Alan Perry, alongside John Farrelly, Paul McCullough and Seán Doran, was one of the artists behind the 1990s Belfast anthology NutScrewsWashersNBolts, for which he created "Mace", and co-created "Dublex One" with Farrelly. He moved into producing motion graphics and animation for television and film, and currently owns a post-production company called TWO Graphics based in Belfast. In 2012, Alan produced artwork for a deck of playing cards for the CCG, Conflicting Kingdoms ,as well as some character design for Oliver Piotrowski's online fantasy game Monarchy. In 2014 he collaborated once again with John Farrelly, to help produce the artwork for a prototype boardgame for Garry McElherron's novel, MourneQuest.
