Anne Taylor (b. Belfast, 31 October 1907; d. 27 March 1976) was a political cartoonist, caricaturist and magazine illustrator. During the 1930s she drew cartoons and illustrations for a variety of British magazines under the pen-name Tor. Her real name emerged in 1998 when some of her cartoons were included in a studio sale of paintings by her father, Samuel C. Taylor.
