Aongus Collins, pen name Scratch, is a cartoonist, illustrator and technical journalist from Cork who lives and works in Dublin. He worked for the Daily Herald from 1986 to 1990 and from 2002 to 2005. He contributed to The Yellow Press in the 1990s. His cartoons appear in The Irish Times, the Irish Independent and the Sunday Tribune, and he has also drawn cartoons for the Irish Daily Star, the Evening Herald and the Sunday World. He has illustrated a number of books and magazines, and has edited Technology Ireland and Comms Today.
