The Cartoon Saloon is an animation studio based in Kilkenny, Ireland. It was founded in 1998 by four former students of Ballyfermot College in Dublin, Paul Young, Tomm Moore, Ross Murray and Nora Twomey. The studio provided the artists for Cló Mhaigh Eo's line of graphic novels. Other artists who work or have worked there include Cliodhna Lyons and Barry Reynolds.
