Ciarán Walsh (b. Carlow, 1980) is an artist, zinester and cartoonist currently based in Berlin.

In 1996 and 1997 in Carlow he and Stephen Doyle created and published seven issues of the punk zine Scream, which, aside from articles on and interviews with punk bands, included comics by Ciarán. Between 1997 and 1998 he created three issues of Auto Suggestion, and in 1998 he created a one-off zine called Rent Day.

Between 1999 and 2003, while studying at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, he created and published at least four issues of Niacin, containing articles, interviews illustrations and comics.

He graduated in 2003, since when he has exhibited all over Ireland. In 2004 he was involved in setting up the Forgotten Zine archive in Dublin. He currently self-published the art zine Travelogue.
