Dolores (Dol) Fogarty is a cartoonist from Maynooth, County Kildare. She created the webcomic Tales of a Receptionist, which ran from January to December 2005, and with co-writer Adrian Mee, she created the webcomic Don and Doll from 2006 to 2008.
