Donal Casey (b. 1969) is a political cartoonist, illustrator and lecturer. His work appears in Magill, Midlands Arts & Culture Magazine and Work & Life, the magazine of the trade union Impact. He is a graduate of the Escuela Superior de Dibujo Profesional in Madrid, where he lived for many years. Originally from Athlone, he currently lives in Dublin.
