Gran is Andrew Luke's tribute to his grandmother, Eileen Lucas, created not long after she died in October 2007. Eileen Lucas was a long-time resident of the Holywood Arches in East Belfast and a living spirit of festivity and care. It was completed in 24 hours. The comic is available to download as a pdf at the Internet Archive.

Doctor Who novelist Oli Smith called Gran, "the best comic of 2007", and it has also been praised by artists Lee Kennedy and David Lloyd.
