Tom Halliday is an Irish political cartoonist and caricaturist published in the Sunday Independent and The Southern Star. He contributed to The Yellow Press in the 1990s. In 1995 he published Trading Faces, a selection of political cartoons and caricatures. In 1997 and 1998 he organised the West Cork Cartoon Weekend.
